It gives us great pleasure to inform you that 8th Convocation of the University will be organized on 12th January 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the University Campus.

Shri. Dr. Rajagopala Chidambaram, Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India and the Former Director of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Mumbai has kindly consented to remain present as the Chief Guest at 8th Convocation of CHARUSAT and to deliver the Convocation address.

Guidelines for Convocation Registration Process
  1. Enter the username and password in the Login form.
    • User Name: Student ID (e.g. 10CE001)
    • Password: Student’s Date of Birth in ddmmyy format (e.g. If student’s DOB is 3rd July 1995 than Password is 030795)
  2. Part I shows the student academic information:
    • You can change your current photograph, by pressing “Browse” button from Part I. (In Part-I, except Photograph, all information is non editable)
  3. Part II shows the student’s correspondence information:
    • Verify the provided information like Address, Contact No., E-mail ID etc. You can change the provided information, if required.
  4. Part-III is for payment of convocation fees and guest charge:
    1. Select the mode to receive the Degree i.e. IN PERSON or IN ABSENTIA
    2. Enter the number of Guests accompanying with you. (Note: Two Guests are allowed without any extra charge. If you have more than two, there is an entry fee of Rs. 250 per person. e.g. If there are three Guests, then there will be extra fee of Rs. 250)
    3. The total amount to be paid is automatically calculated and displayed.
    4. The default Payment Status is Unpaid. It will be updated as Paid within 48 hours after paying fees.
    5. Select the Payment Mode.(On-line Payment / At HDFC Branch)
  5. Verify all the information and select the check box provided in Part-IV. You can also download the filled form at any time by clicking the link convocation Registration form provided right side.
  6. Click on the “submit” button to submit the page.

  • Steps for Fees Payment
    1. Fees can be Paid through below mentioned two options:
      1. Online Payment
      2. At HDFC Branch
    2. If you select Online Payment, You can pay the fees via Debit Card / Credit Card or Net Banking. To Pay Fees online click on Make Payment.
    3. It will redirect you to the Payment Gate way.
    4. Provide the details as asked by Payment Gate way. Please do not refresh your browser or click the browser back button.
    5. If you select At HDFC Branch, You can pay the fees at selected Branch of HDFC Bank. To Pay Fees at HDFC Bank click on Generate Challan and download the Challan.
    6. After Downloading the Challan, get a Print Out, fill in the payment details and pay at selected Branch of HDFC Bank.
